PointZero is a dynamic new physical theatre ensemble. Its performance, teaching and training style drawn from a rich and varied background of theatre, physical theatre, dance, mime, poetry, text, fine art and multi media, blending tender issues of sensitivity with raw un-sanitised confrontation. Its Artists have a passionate and explosive hunger to develop relevant, new and original creative theatre art, offering a contemporary approach to performance, consultation and personal development. Its aim is to foster and refine this work through solid technically disciplined and focussed preparation, where the fusion of structured and experimental devising techniques develop into real organic physical action, unravelling an evocative paradox of gritty, hard-hitting physical expression,  joyful humour and gentle tenderness, both educating the mind and stimulating the heart.

PointZero  is borne out of the need to strip back the camouflage, the borrowed, familiar, comforting-yet-no-longer-relevant props of a previous life, or chapter of life; to boil down who and what we really are to the very essence of our core identity,  to rediscover the core, the heart, the point, and to start (again) from there...
